Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be in their original, unopened, and unused condition.

• Include all original packaging, tags, and safety seals (if applicable).

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Opened or used products, including nail polishes, gels, liquids, and other personal-use items, cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at info@bandinails.com within 15 days of delivery. Once your request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions for returning your item.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used nail products (e.g., polishes, gels, liquids, powders).

• Sale or clearance items.

• Gift cards.

• Custom or special-order products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@bandinails.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval status. If approved, your refund (minus the restocking fee and shipping charges) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please reach out to us at info@bandinails.com.
